At 9vine, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Free of stains, odors, or damage
• Returned with original tags and packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Need a different size? We offer size exchanges (subject to availability) within 14 days of delivery.
